As creatives in the marketing world, we make a lot of decisions about the access and information our clients have in their own businesses
It can seem tempting to increase MRR by adding proprietary services and tools that lock clients into our services.
I get it, MRR is important AF for scaling a business and keeping your sanity (and your bills paid) while you do it 😵💫
But the problem is that trapped clients are not the same thing as “loyal” clients
If you build your business on trapping your clients into things like your hosting plan, or your analytics tool, those clients have no loyalty to you, and likely aren’t going to refer you out (which is an extremely important secondary aspect to building reliable MRR)
If you really want to create loyal clients who rave about you to everyone they know, focus on adding tangible value that your clients *actually want* (instead of another report they won’t read 🙄)
👉 The most tangible way to add value that I’ve found?
Add in a quarterly call to check in on your client’s goals and how you can add or pivot services to meet their needs.
Not only does this open up opportunities for more revenue in your business, it centers your focus around what the client *actually* needs, not just what you think will help.
Plus, the more of your (favorite) clients you talk to, the more you can pinpoint the best ways to package your services in a way that addresses all of their needs from the start.

Speaking of packaging services — I’ve done just that!
My newest offer, The Impactful Entrepreneur Experience, bundles web design & development, email marketing, blogging & SEO, and passive income funnels into one digital hub and marketing machine for female founders who’ve built their business on a third-party platform like IG or FB.
I’m only taking on ten of these projects total this year, and I’m currently booking for March.
If you’ve gotten tired of the algorithm updates and are ready to automate lead generation and passive income through your own website, now is the time to connect.
Check out The Impactful Entrepreneur Experience and apply to work together directly on that page.
Switching Gears – Focusing on Elementor
Over the next 10 weeks I’m going to be working hard to get my forth coming Elementor Pro course ready. In this light, I’ve decided to pause on creating more Youtube videos in order that I can free up time to put out Elementor tutorials instead.
I’ll still be sending out regular emails, but they’ll be replays (resends?) of some of my favorite content I’ve created over the last two years.
And if you’re interested in learning more about how to use Elementor and Elementor Pro efficiently, you’re not gonna wanna miss my latest email newsletter which debuts this Thursday, full of valuable insight, tutorials and tips for navigating the world of WordPress and Elementor Pro. Ways to work with me in 2024
I am currently taking applications for The Impactful Entrepreneur Experience – a web design experience built with female community leaders in mind, to help you move your followers off a third party platform to a website you own, while automating lead generation and passive income through your new digital hub.
These Impactful Entrepreneur projects are BIG and they dive deep into your brand, your tone of voice, and your overall goals to build a website that will help your community thrive.
Because of the depth of these projects, I’m only taking on 10 this year, and 2 spots are already taken.
My next availability is for a March start — and that slot could be yours!
If you’re nodding along to everything I’m saying, now is the time to schedule a call. Check out the new service and apply at https://wandersoulco.com/the-impactful-entrepreneur-experience/
